We've known the capabilities that Late Model Engines has had for quite some time. The Houston-based engine and machine shop has been featured several times in our tech articles and prior Engine of the Week stories. The shop and its co-owners, Bryan Neelen and Pecos Loughlin, were also recognized as our 2020 America's Best Race Engine Shop. And, we got to see the shop in person in 2023, where we came away more than impressed by what this shop does on a daily basis with LS, LT and Hemi engine combos.
