本系列主要用于超精圆锥/圆柱滚子外径。
It is mainly used for superfinishing O.D. of tape/cylindrical rollers.
主要结构与特点 Main Structures and Features
1、SIMENS、FANUC、MITSUBISHI等成套全数字伺服控制系统；
2、大往复小振荡超精方式，大往复由伺服电机驱动，小振荡为变频调速，振幅可调；
3、伺服电机控制油石的大往复，可根据工件加工工艺要求设定油石的运动曲线，保持加工的形状或将工件超精 出凸度.
4、伺服控制超头摆动，实现油石在滚子外圆表面法向超精加工；
5、采用双工位两步法超精，粗、精超工步：工件转速、油石压力、振荡频率自动转换；二工位同步加工。
1、Adopting SIEMENS^ FANUC, MITSUBISHI full digital AC servo-control system.
2、Superfinishing way: big reciprocation and small oscillation, big reciprocation which is driven by servomotor and oscillation frequency adjusted by frequency convertor, the oscillation amplitude can also be adjusted.
3、The movement track of oilstone can be set according to technical request which the big reciprocation of oilstone is controlled by servomotor.
4、The oscillation head is controlled by servomotor, to realize superfinishing O.D. of rollers on the normal direction.
5、Double processing position, rough and fine superfinishing, rotary speed of work, pressure of oilstone, oscillation frequency which are all converted automatically, the double processing position works synchronously.
