本系列磨床主要用于磨削单.双列圆柱滚子轴承的外圈挡边。
This series of grinders are used to grind the outer ribs of single or double-row cylindrical roller bearings.
主要结构与特点 Main Structures and Features
1、SIMENS、FANUC、MrrSUBISHI等成套全数字伺服控制系统;
2、机床倾斜式布局，操作.调整方便；
3、工件轴采用套筒式高精度工件轴，变频调速；
4、全自动磨床砂轮轴采用高刚度电主轴，半自动磨床采用高刚度.高精度.高速皮带轴或动静压主轴，变频调速,45-60m/s恒线速磨削。
5、砂轮修整采用双金刚笔自动修整，砂轮截面为"人"字形。双挡边与四挡边一次装夹分別磨削，采用〃人〃字形砂轮二锥面分别 磨削滚道前后两挡边，同时可采用工件小往复磨削，有效避免加工面的烧伤。
6、工件拖板与磨架拖板分别采用交流伺服电机驱动，十字交叉滚子导轨支承，磨削过程可实现微振荡磨削。
1、Adopting SIEMENS, FANUC^ MITSUBISHI all-digital AC servo control system.
2、The layout of grinder is tilt, it is convenient to operate and adjust.
3、Adopting a high-precision shaft with sleeve for workpiece shaft, the motor of workpiece adopts AC frequency variable motor, frequency variable speed.
4、High rigidity steel is used for the spindles of full-automatic grinder. And a high rigidity, high-precision and high-speed belt shaft is used for the semi-automatic grinder, with the frequency variable speed, grinding at the high-speed of 60m/s.
5、Adopting double-point diamond pen for dressing of the wheel automatically. The section of wheel is a shape of herringbone and double ribs and quadruple ribs can be fit in the fixture at same time and grinding separately. Using two conic faces of the herringbone wheel, it can grind the two ribs in the front and back of the raceway separately. In order to avoid burn of grinding face, a small reciprocating grinding for workpiece can be used simultaneously.
6、AC servo motor drive is used for the carriages of the workpiece and grinding support. With the support of cross roller rail, a micro-oscillation can be achieved during the grinding.
