It is mainly used for superfinishing raceway of internal flange for 1st, 2nd and 3rd generation auto-hubs bearings
主要结构与特点 Main Structures and Features
1、SIMENS、FANUC、MITSUBISHI等成套全数字伺服控制系统；
2、无心夹具，外圆滚轮支承，端面滚轮压紧。
3、3MZL3320CNC可采用大端面定位。
4、3MZS336CNC采用工件轴卧式结构，3MZL3320CNC采用工件轴立式结构；
5、超精加工采用大往复、小振荡，用于凸度滚道加工；
6、全自动上下料；
7、油石消耗自动补偿；
8、油石振荡频率及工件转速变频调速，粗、精超自动转换；
9、 双工位加工，3MZS336CNC同时超精加工二工件，3MZL3320CNC分别超精加工同一工件一滚道。
1、Adopting SIEMENS, FANUC. MITSUBISHI full digital AC servo-control system.
2、Centerless clamping, bearing support, bearing press on the end face.
3、Big end face support for machine 3MZLB320CNC.
4、Horizontal work spindle for machine 3MZS336CNC, vertical work spindle for machine 3MZL3320CNC.
5、Big reciprocation and small oscillation for the supfinishing process, and the crowning of raceway can be processed.
6、Loading and unloading automatically.
7、Compensation automatically while oilstone consumption.
8、Oscillation frequency of oilstone and turning speed of work spindle which adjusted by frequency convertor.
9、Double processing position, superfinishing 2 workpieces simultaneously for the machine 3MZS336CNC, and superfinishing each raceway of workpiece simultaneously for the machine 3MZL3320CNC.
