本系列磨床主要用于磨削圆锥（柱）滚子外径（凸度母线），亦可用于相似规格的球面滚子外径磨削。
The series of grinders are mainly used for grinding the outer diameter (crowning generatrix) of taper and cylindrical rollers and also can be available for outer diameter of similar spherical rollers.
主要结构与特点 Main Structures and Features
1、SIMENS (或FANUC)全数字交流伺服控制系统
2、无心布局、工件进给、切入式磨削；
3、电磁无心夹具、远程控制充退磁控制器；
4、工件轴采用套筒式高精度工件轴，变频调速；
5、砂轮轴：采用动静压主轴，空调恒温冷却，可实现60m/s恒线速磨削。配砂轮在机平衡装置；
6、单点金刚笔自动修整。
1、Adopting Japan FANUC (or SIMENS) all-digital AC servo control system
2、Centerless layout,workpiece feeding and cut-in grinding
3、Electromagnetic centerless clamp,magnetizing and demagnetizing controlled by remote control.The amount of magnetic power can be adjusted by digitals on operating panel .
4、Adopting a high-precision shaft with sleeve and adjusting the speed by a variable frequency.
5、Grinding wheel shaft: Use dynamic and static pressure spindle, air-conditioning constant temperature cooling to maintain 60m/s high speed and high precision grinding. Match grinding wheel balancing device.
6、Single-point diamond pen automatic dresser.
