主要用途Main Purposes
本系列磨床主要用于磨削调心滚子轴承外圈滚道（采用切入式磨削），更换直线修整器后可用于相似规格圆锥、圆柱滚子轴承外圈 滚道及轴承内径磨削。
The series of grinders are mainly used for grinding the outer raceway of thrust self-aligning roller bearings (Cutting in grinding). Also it can be available for outer raceway of taper and cylindrical roller bearings after changing linear dresser..
主要结构与特点 Main Structures and Features
1、SIMENS、FANUC、MITSUBISHI等成套全数字伺服控制系统；
2、工件架进给，切入式磨削；
3、电磁无心夹具、远程控制充退磁控制器；
4、工件轴采用套筒式高精度工件轴，变频调速
5、砂轮轴：3MZ1612-1CNC、3MZ1620-1CNC、3MZ1625-1CNC、3MZ1630-1CNC采用电主轴，其余采用空调制冷的动静压 主轴（或同步电主轴），45-60m/s恒线速磨削；
6、伺服电机驱动圆弧回转修整器；
7、磨削方式：定程或仪表。

2、Cut-in grinding.
3、Electromagnetic centerless clamp,magnetizing and demagnetizing controlled by remote control.The amount of magnetic power can be adjusted by digitals on operating panel.
4、Adopting a high-precision shaft with sleeve is used for workpiece shaft and adjusting the speed by a variable frequency.
5、Wheel shaft： Electric spindle is used for 3MZ1612-1CNC 3MZ1620-1CNC 3MZ1624-1CNC. 3MZ1630-1CNC, and other machines use dynamic and static-pressure spindles in order to realize to grind at a high-speed of 60m/s with a high precision and variable-frequency and adjustable-speed.
