3MZL4320CNC, 3MZL4330CNC:
1、夹盘立式布局，砂轮外径磨削；
2、SIMENS、FANUC、MITSUBISHI等成套全数字伺服控制系统；
3、夹具：无磁磨削，上下二夹盘夹具；利用二夹盘内外轮转速差形成工 件自转及公转；
4、夹盘回转轴采用套筒式高精度主轴，变频调速；
5、有夹盘自修功能；
6、砂轮轴为空调制冷动静压主轴。
7、入单点金刚笔修整器。
3MZL4320CNC, 3MZL4330CNC
1、Adopting SIEMENS, FANUCS MITSUBISHI all-digital AC servo control system
2、Vertical chuck, grinding with O.D. of grinding wheel.
3、Up chuck and down chuck, no magnetizing. Workpiece rotates itself which
is driven by up and down chuck which have differential speed.
4、Adopting a high-precision sleeve typed shaft and adjusting the speed by a variable frequency.
5、With dressing itself for the chuck.
6、Single-point diamond pen automatic dresser.
7、Single point diamond pen.
3MZS4340CNC. 3MZS4360CNC:
1、双工位，各工位独立工作；
2、磨削方式:工件架移动、磨架进给，砂轮外圆磨削；
3、SIMENS、FANUC、MITSUBISHI等成套全数字伺服控制系统；
4、夹具：电磁无心夹具，磁棒驱动。
5、工件轴采用套筒式高精度工件轴，变频调速
6、砂轮轴为同步电主轴或空调制冷动静压主轴。
7、单点金刚笔修整器。

1、Double processing position, each processing position works separately.
2、Grinding way: work head moves, wheel head feeds and the O.D. of
grinding wheel work grinds.
3、Adopting SIEMENS or FANUC all-digital AC servo control system.
4、Clamping device: Electromagnetic centerless clamp which driven by
magnetic bar.
5、Adopting a high-precision shaft with sleeve and adjusting the speed by a variable frequency.
6、Wheel shaft： Dynamic and static-pressure spindles with constant-
temperature air conditioner or permanent magnet synchronous motor.
7、Single diamond pen which dressing automatically.
