主要用途Main Purposes
本系列磨床主要用于磨削圆锥/圆柱滚子外径、球基面，一次装夹，分别磨削。
The series of grinders are mainly used for grinding the fiducial surface of spherical rollers, and it can also grinder the fiducial surface of taper roller with similar size.
主要结构与特点 Main Structures and Features
1、SIMENS (或FANUC )全数字交流伺服控制系统；
2、无心布局、工件进给、切入式磨削；
3、电磁无心夹具、远程控制充退磁控制器；
4、工件轴采用套筒式高精度工件轴，变频调速；
5、砂轮轴：采用动静压主轴，空调恒温冷却，可实现60m/s高速、高精度磨削。配砂轮在机动平衡装置；
6、双单点金刚笔自动修整。
1、Adopting SIEMENS or FANUC all-digital AC servo control system.
2、Centerless layout, work head feeding and cut-in grinding.
3、Electromagnetic centerless clamp, magnetizing and demagnetizing controlled by remote control. The amount of magnetic power can be adjusted by digitals on the operating panel.
4、Adopting a high-precision shaft with sleeve and adjusting the speed by a variable frequency.
5、Wheel shaft. Dynamic and static-pressure spindles and constant-temperature cooling by air conditioner are used in order to realize to
grind at a high-speed of 60m/s with a high precision. In addition, a wheel balancing device is equipped with the machines.
6、Dynamic and static-pressure wheel spindle and constant-temperature air conditioner.
