主要用途Main Purposes
本系列磨床主要用于磨削球面滚子球形基面，亦可用于相似规格的圆锥滚子球基面的磨削。
The series of grinders are mainly used for grinding the fiducial surface of spherical rollers, and it can also grindr the fiducial surface of taper roller with similar size.
主要结构与特点 Main Structures and Features
1、SIMENS、FANUC、MITSUBISHI等成套全数字伺服控制系统；
2、无心布局、砂轮进给、切入式磨削；
3、电磁无心夹具、远程控制充退磁控制器；
4、工件轴采用套筒式高精度工件轴，变频调速；
5、 砂轮轴：采用动静压主轴（或高速皮带轴），空调恒温冷却，可实现60m/s高速、高精度磨削；
6、单点金刚笔自动修整。
1、Adopting SIEMENS,FANUC or MITSUBISHI all-digital AC servo control system.
2、Centerless layout, wheel head feeding and cut-in grinding.
3、Electromagnetig centerless clamp,magnetizing and demagnetizing controlled by remote control.The amount of magnetic power can be adjusted by digitals on operating panel.
4、Adopting a high-precision shaft with sleeve and adjusting the speed by a variable frequency.
5、Wheel shaft: Dynamic and static-pressure spindles and constant-temperature cooling by air conditioner are used in order to realize to
grind at a high-speed of 60m/s with a high precision. In addition, a wheel balancing device is equipped with the machines.
6、Adopting the single point diamond pen for dressing automatically
