It is used for grinding raceway of 1st, 2"d and 3rd generations external flange of auto-hubsbearings ( grinding the raceway, mouth diameter and small faces simultaneously )
主要结构与特点 Main Structures and Features
1、SIMENS、FANUC、MITSUBISHI等成套全数字伺服控制系统；
2、电磁无心夹具，工件轴调速，工件床头架有微调机构。
3、3MZ1420-GLCNC、3MZ2320-GLCNC可采用大端面定位。
4、砂轮轴为电主轴，变频调速，实现40-60m/s高速磨削。
5、金刚滚轮修整器。
6、强制式机械手自动上、下料，工作稳定可靠，工件无磕碰伤，调整简单，通用性强。

2、Electromagnetic centerless clamps are used for the grinder, and speed of the workpiece shaft can be adjustable by variable frequency.
3、3MZ1420-GLCNC, 3MZ2320-GLCNC, big endface support.
4、Electric spindle, high speed, 40-60m/s.
5、Diamond wheel dresser.
6、Compulsive manipulator can automatically load and unload which is reliable and easy for adjustment.
