主要用途Main Purposes
1、用于磨削圆锥、圆柱轴承外圏（凸度）滚道。
2、用于磨削轴承的内径（往复磨削）
3、磨削深沟球轴承、角接触球轴承（沟坡一次磨）、四点接触球轴承外圈沟道。
4、调心滾子（球）轴承外圈滾道。
5、磨削十字交叉滚子轴承外圈滚道
1、The series of grinders are mainly used for grinding the outer raceways (crowning) of taper and cylindrical bearings.
2、The series of grinders are mainly used for grinding inner diameters of bearings, (reciprocating grinding).
3、This series of grinders are used to grind the outer raceways of deep groove ball bearings, angular contact ball bearings and four-point contact ball bearings.
4、This series of grinders are used to grind the outer raceways of self-aligning roller bearings.
5、This series of grinders are used to grind outer raceway of crossed roller bearings
主要结构与特点 Main Structures and Features
1、SIMENS (或FANUO全数字交流伺服控制系统
2、磨削采用往复式和切入式两种方式。
3、电磁无心夹具、远程控制充退磁控制器；
4、工件轴采用套筒式高精度工件轴，变频无级调速；
5、 砂轮轴：采用电主轴（大规格机床可采用动静压主轴），可实现40-60m/sH恒线速磨削；
6、伺服电机驱动圆弧修整器，单点金刚笔自动修整。

2、Reciprocating and cut-in grinding are adopted in these machines.
3、Electromagnetic centerless clamp, magnetizing and demagnetizing controlled by remote control. The amount of magnetic power can be adjusted by digitals on operating panel.
4、Adopting a high-precision shaft with sleeve and adjusting the speed by a variable frequency.
5、Grinding wheel shaft: Use dynamic and static pressure spindle to maintain 60m/s high speed and high precision grinding for semi-auto machines, and others are electrical spindle.
6、Single-point diamond pen automatic dresser.
