3、电磁无心夹具、远程控制充退磁控制器，在操作面板数字调整磁力大小
4、工件轴采用套筒式高精度工件轴，变频无级调速
5、采用范成磨头，变频无级调速
6、配单点金刚笔修整器
7、磨削方式：定程或仪表
1、Japan FANUC (or SIMENS) full digital AC servo control system.
2、Generating cutting grinding.
3、Electromagnetic centerless clamp,magnetizing and demagnetizing controlled by remote control.The amount of magnetic power can be adjusted by digitals on operating panel.
4、Adopting a high-precision shaft with sleeve is used for workpiece shaft and adjusting the speed by a variable frequency.
5、Wheel shaft： Electric spindle is used for 3MZ1612-1CNC 3MZ1620-1CNC. 3MZ1624-1CNC. 3MZ1630-1CNC, and other machines use dynamic and static-pressure spindles in order to realize to grind at a high-speed of 60m/s with a high precision and variable-frequency and adjustable-speed.
