主要用途Main Purposes
本系列超精机主要用于超精调心滚子轴承的内圈滚道（双滚道同步超）。
The series is mainly used for superfinishing the raceway of inner ring bearings (double raceway suerfinishing simultaneously)
主要结构与特点 Main Structures and Features
1、SIMENS、FANUC、MrrSUBISH蒔成套全数字伺服控制系统;
2、夹具：无心夹具，端面滚轮压紧，内外径滚轮支承；
3、工件轴采用套筒式高精度工件轴，变频调速；
4、机床采用单工位双摆头结构，套圈一次定位，同时超精双滚道；一摆头超精一滚道，另一摆头超精另一滚道，采用粗精一块 油石。
5、油石自动消耗报警功能。
1、Adopting Japan FANUC (or SIMENS) full digital AC servo-control system.
2、Centerless clamping, bearing press on the end face, bearing support.
3、Sleeve typed workpiece spindle, speed variable via frequency converter.
4、One processing position, double oscillation heads. Rough/fine oilstone superfinishing double raceway separately simultaneously.
5、With alarm function while oilstone is consumed.
