主要用途Main Purposes
本系列磨床主要用于磨削调心滚子轴承外圈滚道（采用切入式磨削）；亦可用于轴承内径磨削。
The series of grinders are mainly used for grinding the outer raceway of self-aligning roller bearings. And also it can grind outer raceway and the bore of similar dimensions of taper and cylindrical roller bearings after changing the linear dresser.
主要结构与特点 Main Structures and Features
1、SIMENS、FANUC、MITSUBISHI等成套全数字伺服控制系统；
2、工件架进给，砂轮切入式磨削
3、电磁无心夹具、远程控制充退磁控制器；
4、工件轴采用套筒式高精度工件轴，变频调速；
5、砂轮轴：3MZ1612CNC、3MZ1620CNC、3MZ1624CNC、3MZ1630CNC采用电主轴，其余采用空调制冷的动静压主轴（或 同步电主轴），45-60m/s恒线速磨削；
6、伺服电机驱动圆弧回转修整器；
7、磨削方式：定程或仪表
1、Adopting SIEMENS、FANUC、MlTSUBISHlfull digital AC servo-control system.
2、Cut-in grinding.
3、Electromagnetic centerless clamp, magnetizing and demagnetizing controlled by remote control. The amount of magnetic power can be adjusted by digitals on operating panel.
4、Adopting a high-precision shaft with sleeve is used for workpiece with an adjustable speed by a variable frequency convertor.
5、Wlieel shaft: Electric spindle is used for 3MZ1612CNC、3MZ1620CNC、3MZ1624CNC、3MZ1630CNC, and others use dynamic and static-pressure spindle in order to realize a high precision grinding and frequency-variable adjustable-speed.
6、Arc dresser is drived by servomotor.
7、Grinding way: By setting process or meters.
