主要用途Main Purposes
主要用于超精单、双列圆柱、圆锥滚子轴承的外圈滚道。（直母线或各种凸度形状母线）。
It is mainly used for superfinishing the single, doubl-row cylindrical and taper roller bearings.(straight generatrix or various kinds of crown-shape generatrix).
主要结构与特点 Main Structures and Features
1、SIMENS、FANUC、MITSUBISHI等成套全数字伺服控制系统；
2、大往复小振落超精方式，大往复由伺服电机驱动，小振荡为变频调速，振幅可调。
3、伺服电机控制油石的大往复，可根据工件加工工艺要求设定油石的运动曲线，保持加工的形状或将工件超精出凸度。
4、采用单工位两步法超精，粗、精超工步：工件转速、油石压力、振荡频率自动转换。
1、Adopting SIEMENS、FANUC、MITSUBISHIfull-digital servo-control system.
2、Superfinishing way: Dramatic reciprocation and slight oscillation. Dramatic reciprocation is driven by servo motor; slight oscillation is frequency-controlled with adjustable amplitude.
3、Dramatic reciprocation of the stone is controlled by servo motor. The movement curve of stone can be determined as per the workpiece manufacturing requirements to keep the manufacturing shape and workpiece to be superfinished with crowning.
4、Single-stage and two-steps for superfinishing is used. Rough and fine superfinishing processing steps are used in the machine. The revolution of workpiece, stone pressure and oscillation frequency can be automatically transformed.
