主要用途Main Purposes
本系列磨床主要用于磨削单、双列圆柱，单列圆锥滚子轴承内圈挡边及调心滚子轴承内圏中挡边。
This series of grinders are used to grind the inner ribs of single, double-row cylindrical roller bearings and single-row taper roller bearings.
主要结构与特点 Main Structures and Features
1、SIMENS、FANUC、MITSUBISHI等成套全数字伺服控制系统；
2、倾斜式布局，操作、调整方便；
3、工件轴采用套筒式高精度工件轴，变频调速；
4、砂轮轴采用空调制冷的动静压主轴（或电主轴），45-60m/s恒线速磨削；
5、釆用单点金刚笔自动修整。
6、工件拖板与磨架拖板分别采用交流伺服电机驱动。
7、磨削采用砂轮外圆（外锥面）磨削，同时磨削过程可采用工件小往复，有效避免加工面的烧伤。
1、Adopting SIEMENS, FANUC> MITSUBISHIall-digital AC servo control system.
2、Due to use the tilt layout, it is convenient to operate and adjust.
3、Adopting a high-precision shaft with sleeve, the motor of workpiece adopts AC frequency variable motor, frequency variable speed.
4、A high rigidity, high precision and high speed belt shaft is used for wheel shaft in order to achieve the grinding at the high-speed of 60m/s, frequency variable speed.
5、Adopting single-point diamond pen for dressing automatically.
6、AC servo motor drive is used for the carriages of workpiece and grinding support separately, with the support of cross roller rails.
7、Using the outer circle (outer conic) of wheel to grind. In order to avoid the burn of grinding faces effectively, a small reciprocating of workpiece is used during the grinding simultaneously.
