主要用途Main Purposes
本系列超精机主要用于超精加工深沟球轴承、角接触球轴承、双列球轴承系列轴承的外圈沟道。
It is mainly used for superfinishing the outer groove of deep groove ball bearings, angular contact ball bearings & double-row ball bearings.
主要结构与特点 Main Structures and Features
1、SIMENS、FANUC、MITSUBISHI等成套全数字伺服控制系统；
2、无心夹具，根据工艺要求选用内径定心或外圆滚轮支承，端面滚轮压紧；
3、3MZ316CNC、3MZ3110CNC采用工件轴卧式结构，其余采用工件轴立式结构；
4、摆头沟位两方向调整均为伺服电机驱动；
5、油石消耗自动补偿；
6、油石摆频及工件转速变频调速，粗、精超自动转换。
1、Adopting SIMENS, FANUC> MITSUBISHI full-digital servo-control system.
2、Centerless clamp, bearing support, bearing pressure on the end face of workpiece.
3、3MZ316CNC. 3MZ3110CNC adopt horizontal work spindle, others adopt vertical work spindle.
4、The adjustment of groove position is controlled by servomotor
5、The consumption of oilstone can be compensated automatically.
6、The oscillation frequency of oilstone and the turning speed of work can be adjusted by frequency convertor, rough or fine superfinishing converted automatically.
