主要用途Main Purposes
本系列磨床主要用于磨削双向推力角接触轴承内圈沟道，亦可用于磨削推力球轴承内圈沟道。
This series of grinders are used to grind the inner groove of bi-directional thrust angular contact ball bearings, and it also can be used for grinding of the inner groove of thrust ball bearings.
主要结构与特点 Main Structures and Features
1、SIMENS、FANUC、MITSUBISHI等成套全数字伺服控制系统；
2、砂轮进给、切入式磨削；
3、电磁无心夹具、远程控制充退磁控制器；
4、工件轴采用套筒式高精度工件轴，变频调速；
5、砂轮轴：3MB1320/1CNC、3MB133CV1CNC、3MB1340/1CNC、3MB1350/1CNC可采用动静压主轴，其余采用电主轴， 可实现60m/s高速、高精度磨削，变频调速；
6、伺服电机驱动单点金刚笔自动修整。
1、Adopting SIEMENS、FANUC、MITSUBISHlall-digital AC servo control system.
2、Wheel feeding and cut-in grinding.
3、Electromagnetic centerless clamp, magnetizing and demagnetizing controlled by remote control. The amount of magnetic power can be adjusted by digitals on operating panel.
4、Adopting a high-precision shaft with sleeve is used for workpiece with an adjustable speed by a variable frequency.
5、Wheel shaft: The dynamic and static-pressure spindles are used for 3MB1320/1CNC、3MB1330/1CNC、3MB1340/1CNC、3MB1350/1CNC and a common spindles are used for others in order to realize to grind at a high-speed of 60m/s with a high precision and frequency-variable adjustable-speed.
6、Adopting the single point diamond pen for dressing automatically.
