主要用途Main Purposes

本系列磨床主要用于磨削深沟球轴承、角接触球轴承（沟、斜坡一次磨）、双列深沟球轴承、双列角接触球轴承（沟、斜坡一次 磨）、四点接触轴承等系列轴承的内圈沟道。

This series of grinders are used to grind the inner groove of deep-groove ball bearings, angular contact ball bearings (grinding the groove and slope at the same time) and four-point contact ball bearings as well.

主要结构与特点 Main Structures and Features

1、SIMENS、FANUC、MITSUBISHI等成套全数字伺服控制系统；

2、无心布局、工件进给、自动修整砂轮及补偿；

3、电磁无心夹具、远程控制充退磁控制器；

4、工件轴采用套筒式高精度工件轴，变频调速；

5、 砂轮轴：采用动静压主轴，空调恒温冷却，60m/s恒线速磨削。配砂轮在机动平衡装置；

6、伺服电机驱动单点金刚笔自动修整。

1、Adopting SIEMENS、FANUC、MITSUBISHIall-digital AC servo control system.

2、Adopting the centerless layout, workpiece feeding and cut-in grinding.

3、Electromagnetic centerless clamp, magnetizing and demagnetizing controlled by remote control. The amount of magnetic power can be adjusted by digitals on operating panel.

4、Adopting a high-precision shaft with sleeve and adjusting the speed by a variable frequency.

5、Wheel shaft: The dynamic and static-pressure spindles and constant-temperature cooling by air conditioner are used in order to realize to grind at a high-speed of 60m/s with a high precision. In addition, a wheel balancing device is equipped with the machines.
