主要用途Main Purposes
用于导轮滚道的磨削。实现螺旋导轮沟底大圆弧凸度形状，非标螺纹的螺距微调，修磨螺旋导轮的沟底和主挡边。
It's mainly used for grinding raceway of guiding drums, to realize big arc shaped with crowning on the bottom of guiding drums screw.
主要结构与特点 Main Structures and Features
1、SIMENS (或FANUC)全数字交流伺服控制系统；
2、砂轮架回转，实现砂轮法线磨削；
3、砂轮架回转工作台：伺服电机驱动静压工作台；
4、工件轴采用套筒式高精度工件轴，伺服电机驱动；
5、砂轮轴：采用动静压主轴，空调恒温冷却，可实现60m/s高速、高精度磨削。配砂轮在机动平衡装置；
6、双单点金刚笔自动修整，插补修整砂轮外圆，实现导轮滚道凸度磨削；
1、Adopting SIEMENS. FANUC all-digital AC servo control system
2、Wheel head turning to realize normal direction grinding.
3、Wheel table: static pressure table which driven by servomotor.
4、Sleeve typed work spindle which is driven by servomotor.
5、Wheel spindle: Dynamic and static-pressure spindles with constant-temperature air conditioner or permanent magnet synchronous motor.
6、Double single diamond pen dresser which dressed automatically, interpolation dressing the O.D. of wheel to realize the crowning of guiding drums'raceway.
