用于磨削第二代、第三代汽车轮毂轴承外法兰外径。
It is mainly used for grinding external flange of 1st, 2nd and 3rd generations auto-hubs bearings and double-row angular contact ball bearings.
主要结构与特点 Main Structures and Features
1、SIMENS、FANUC、MITSUBISHI等成套全数字伺服控制系统；
2、电磁无心夹具，采用大端面定位。
3、工件轴采用高精度套筒主轴，变频调速，工件床头架有微调机构。
4、砂轮轴为电主轴，变频调速，实现40-60m/s高速磨削。
5、单点金刚笔修整器。
6、强制式机械手自动上、下料，工作稳定可靠，工件无磕碰伤，调整简单，通用性强。

2、Electromagnetic centerless clamps are used for the grinder and speed of workpiece shaft can be adjustable by frequency variable;
3、High precision sleeve typed work spindle.
4、Wheel spindle: electric spindle, high speed, 40-60m/S.
5、Diamond wheel dresser.
6、Compulsive manipulator can automatically load and unload which is reliable and easy for adjustment.
