主要结构与特点 Main Structures and Features
1、SIMENS (或FANUC)全数字交流伺服控制系统；
2、磨架进给、切入式磨削；
3、电磁无心夹具、远程控制充退磁控制器；
4、工件轴采用套筒式高精度工件轴，变频调速；
5、砂轮轴：3MB2950DCNC采用动静压主轴，其余采用电主轴，可实现45-60m/s恒线速磨削；
6、单点金刚笔自动修整，伺服电机驱动圆弧修整器。

2、Cut-in grinding.
3、Electromagnetic centerless clamp,magnetizing and demagnetizing controlled by remote control.The amount of magnetic power can be adjusted by digitals on operating panel .
4、Adopting a high-precision shaft with sleeve and adjusting the speed by a variable frequency.
5、Wheel shaft: The dynamic and static-pressure spindles for 3MB2950ACNC in order to realize to grind at a high-speed of 60m/s with a high precision and frequency-variable adjustable speed.
6、Adopting the single point diamond pen for dressing automatically
