4. 磨削调心滚子（球）轴承内圈滚道.
5. 磨削十字交叉滚子轴承外圈滚道
6. 磨削关节轴承内圈滚道
1、The series of grinders are mainly used for grinding the inner raceways (crowning) of taper and cylindrical bearings.
2、The series of grinders are mainly used for grinding outer diameters of bearings, (reciprocating grinding）.
3、This series of grinders arc used to grind the inner raceways of deep groove ball bearings, angular contact ball bearings， and four-point contact ball bearings.
4、This series of grinders arc used to grind the inner raceways of self-aligning roller bearings.
5、This series of grinder are used to grind outer raceway of crossed roller bearings. 
6、This series of grinder are used to grind inner raceway of joint bearings.
主要结构与特点 Main Structures and Features
1、SIMENS (或FANUC)全数字交流伺服控制系统
2、磨削采用往复式和切入式两种方式。
3、电磁无心夹具、远程控制充退磁控制器；
4、工件轴采用套筒式高精度工件轴，变频调速；
5、砂轮轴：采用动静压主轴，可实现60m/s恒线速磨削，配砂轮在机动平衡装置
6、加工方式：定程和仪表
7、单点金刚笔自动修整，伺服电机驱动圆弧修整器。

2、Reciprocating and cut-in grinding are adopted in these machines.
3、Electromagnetic centerless clamp, magnetizing and demagnetizing controlled by remote control. The amount of magnetic power can be adjusted by digitals on operating panel.
4、Adopting a high-precision shaft with sleeve and adjusting the speed by a variable frequency.
5、Grinding wheel shaft: Use dynamic and static pressure spindle to maintain 60m/s high speed and high precision grinding.
6、Grinding way: By setting process or meters
7、Single-point diamond pen automatic dresser driven by servomotor.
