The series of grinders are mainly used for grinding the outer raceway of self-aligning roller bearings.Generating cutting is used in grinding process.

1、Adopting SIEMENS、FANUC、MITSUBISHIfull digital AC servo-control system.
2、Generating cutting grinding.
3、Electromagnetic centerless clamp, magnetizing and demagnetizing controlled by remote control. The amount of magnetic power can be adjusted by digitals on operating panel.
4、Adopting a high-precision shaft with sleeve is used for workpiece with an adjustable speed by a variable frequency.
5、Generating cutting head is used and frequency-variable adjustable-speed is realized.
6、With single point diamond pen dresser.
7、Grinding way: By setting process or meters.
