主要用途Main Purposes
本系列磨床主要用于磨削单.双列圆锥（柱）轴承的外圈（凸度）滚道，亦可用于相似规格的轴承内径磨削。磨削采用工件进给、砂 轮切入或往复两种方式，往复磨削滚道无凸度。
This series of grinders are used to grind the outer (crowning) raceway of single and double-row taper and cylindrical bearings, and it also can be used for grinding the I.D. of the bearings of similar types. Two ways of workpiece feeding and wheel cut-in for grinding are used or using the two-way of reciprocating. Without any crowning of the raceway if reciprocating grinding way is used.

主要结构与特点 Main Structures and Features

1、SIMENS、FANUC、MITSUBISHI等成套全数字伺服控制系统；
2、工件架进给、磨架往复移动、砂轮自动插补修整；
3、电磁无心夹具、远程控制充退磁控制器；
4、工件轴采用套筒式高精度工件轴，变频调速；
5、砂轮轴：3MB2340CNC、3MB2350CNC、3MB2360CNC、
3MB2380CNC可采用动静压主轴，其余采用电主轴（包括同步电主轴），实现 高速磨削，变频调速；
6、单点金刚笔自动修整

1、Adopting SIEMENS> FANUC> MITSUBISHI all-digital AC servo control system.
2、Cut-in grinding.
3、Electromagnetic centerless clamp, magnetizing and demagnetizing controlled by remote control. The amount of magnetic power can be adjusted by digitals on operating panel.
4、Adopting a high-precision shaft with sleeve is used for workpiece shaft with an adjustable speed by a variable frequency.
5、Wheel shaft: The dynamic and static-pressure spindles are used for 3MB2350ACNC, 3MB2360CNC and 3MB2380A and common spindles are used for others in order to realize to grind at a high-speed of 60m/s with a high precision and frequency-variable adjustable-speed.
6、Adopting the single point diamond pen for dressing automatically.
